Its a scam, there is no puppy and all of this information is fake. I’ve posted before, this is a Cameroon puppy scam. Do not fall for it
“Senders information
Full name:Lundy Millan
Address:9637 w swan rd Denver CO 83012″ – how are they in Colorado when a day ago they were in Cameroon? They can’t even keep their stories straight. And that address doesn’t even exist, just look on google maps, no such address
Read the first line “Welcome to V3CARGO SHIPPING and RELOCATING SERVICES Denver Colorado.” – a company from Colorado would not ship anything from Africa to Asia and real companies dont use free Rocketmail. And there is no company in Denver called V3 cargo – it’s fake. If it was a real company they would have a website or nobody could ever use their services
No legitimate shipping company would ever accept Western Union, they take credit cards. More proof of this scam
And read the flight schedule for your puppy – that’s just flight details from DENVER to Hanoi, it doesn’t go anywhere near Cameroon
Nobody is ever going to ship any puppy internationally, they die in transit. Anything over 12 hours and the dog will be dead. A puppy will not survive from Thursday to Sunday and no reputable dog owner or breeder would ever agree to send a puppy overseas.
Do not send the money, at 9 weeks that animal is not even old enough to be shipped, most legitimate shippers will not take any animal under 16 weeks
If you are daft enough to send 210$ then they send you another email a day later saying it’s hot and they need 200$ more for an air conditioned crate. Then another 150$ for export licensse. Then 200$ for something else until you finally wake up out of your dream world and finally figure out this is a scam like people already told you
Need more proof of this scam
google “titus jr” + bulldog and you’ll find him listed on sites saying he is in New Orleans, Florida, Washington and many other sites that have deleted the listing
The phone nrs you list have already been reported as scammers

Paul advertising full service advertising agency

Paul asks…

What do you really think of this Big society programme is it masking cuts in services?

I don’t think voluntary work is a bad idea if you are retired and have a few hours spare a week or if you are unemployed and needing to add to your experiences with say 4 to 8 hours of voluntary work a week, to get your benefits.

I do believe that it is reasonable to expect the unemployed to do some voluntary work as it would help them adjust to the work environment and not become accustomed to just waiting for a hand out to get by. However, I would not expect an unemployed person to do 16 hours or more a week because this number of hours could provide a decent income for someone needing a second income in the home where the primary full time wage earner is struggling to support the bills and the general costs of living.

I’m a bit concerned that voluntary workers could be used to replace job holders. Its ok to accept a little help to say keep a small public library open or a small swimming pool by reducing the wage bill of say one person in each,, but surely you can’t reduce it altogether. I certainly wouldn’t want to see the lifeguard in a swimming pool replaced by voluntary workers, would you?

As you can see I am a little wary of what the full impact of the “Big Societies volunteering scheme” can do.

What it’s full impact will be upon the job market.

I recognise already that whenever I have had the need to job hunt myself in the last five years that often the same jobs are advertised time and time again with various agencies and websites and having been a job searcher, you just know that there isn’t – 20 Admin posts with blah blah company. There isn’t 20 Social workers posts with such and such an authority. But in adding up the adverts you could find 50 adverts for the one post. Multiply those 50 adverts by 100 applicants per add and what do you get. You get 5.000 people applying in truth for one post. That is how chronic the job market is for job searchers.

Thrown out into the job market through cuts in social services, welfare bodies, the nhs etc does not mean that those workers will step into a job in the private sector as the private sector is also struggling.

The 25% newly qualified air force pilots now redundant will not automatically step into touring company air line posts. Although they may well step into some “jobs for the boys ” type posts in the remaining quasi authorities and commissions well supported by the Tory party.

So what do you make of it all?
BTW MP’s in Britain Earn as Mp’s a salary between 70k and 90k any other monies over and above that comes from having second jobs. As speakers, executives of industry and other businesses, some have second incomes from being accountants or solicitors. So the ten big things about our European partnership is not entirely correct. But to rectify them might take a book.

Big Society is another name for a Big Brother Police state where everyone will be required (forced) to do some work for nothing. It will only apply to working class and some middle class people.

Could you critique my cover letter? Does it sound ok?

Dear Ms. Smith,

I am pleased to read about the Administrative Assistant position that is currently being advertised at . My previous experience has prepared me well for this position and I am confident that I can perform the job effectively. I am very competent at performing routine clerical duties such as typing, filing, and answering telephones and have extensive experience dealing with and assisting the public. In addition to my resume, I have highlighted a few of my qualifications:

Ability to multi-task — I am a quick learner and an excellent worker. Every position I have held has required me to work in a fast-paced, hectic environment so I am capable of handling multiple tasks at once. I know how to prioritize job assignments, work independently and resolve problems on my own, as well as work proficiently within a team. I am very organized and detail-oriented and can find effective solutions to get the job done. I excel at multi-tasking and prioritizing, and never let pressure compromise my work ethic. I successfully managed to work part time, volunteer, hold a position as President of the Social Work Club at and take a full course load of classes while maintaining a 3.5 g.p.a.

Excellent communication skills — As mentioned before, I have extensive experience dealing with the public. In my current position, I speak with customers on a daily basis in a sales driven environment, often assisting them in resolving problems and answering their questions, as well as offering products and services. In a previous position, I was required to speak with clients regarding their financial difficulties in order to refer them to social agencies that could best meet their needs.

Technically proficient — I am proficient in Word, Excel, Windows and other computer applications listed on my resume. I also have experience operating multi-line phones, fax and copier machines, and scanners. In previous positions, I have done filing work, been responsible for writing and sending out correspondence by mail, and maintaining updated/alphabetized records.

Bachelor’s degree — I hold a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from .

My resume is enclosed for your consideration. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss in more detail how my background can be of benefit to your company. Please call me at the number above to schedule an interview. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

admin answers:

Personally I think it is too long. Briefly describe your skills and proficiencies. Employers are not looking for a novel. Also bachelor’s degree should be on your resume, no need to be on your cover letter. I would just say things like “I feel like my customer service skills are excellent” or “I am proficient in Word, Excel, Windows and other day to day administrative duties”. they will fill in the blanks for things like filing, alphabetizing, etc. Be breif!

Are there any media/advertising recruitment agencies that service New York City?

I have recently moved to NYC from London and currently looking for a job in Digital Advertising Sales. I have over 7 years of ad sales and account management experience, including over 5 years in digital working for Alta Vista and Google. In London, there were a large number of recruitment agencies and consultants specializing in this field, however, I have yet to track down any in NYC. Do they exist? Can you recommend any?

admin answers:

Seems to me you could name your place and price with that background.

Have you thought about just putting together a list of potential employers and walking in the door?

Maybe try a non-specialized recruitment company. They should at least be able to tell you if a specialized recruitment company exists.

Best of luck.

Try local colleges. There are many art and drama students who would love to model for photographers. Just make sure you get a model release from them.

What are the most effective ways of marketing/ advertising my home for sale?

I am trying to sell my home in a somewhat declining neighborohood in Nashville, TN. It is listed with an agent. She advertises in the little home magazines you find in the food stores and the Bob Parks catalog. Of course it is on MLS, and there is a little sign out front with a 2nd sign showing “1 acre”.

Can anyone suggest effective ways of advertising? I am willing to spend the money if it is worth it.

admin answers:

There’s not much more you can do at this point. You can try to lower the price, but other than that?

This is a buyer’s market, and putting more advertising up isn’t going to do you any justice. You have an agent working for you–that’s the best thing you COULD do for yourself.

We are liscensed seafood processors and dealers in Maine, and would like to move our business to the internet. Where is the best place to start? Is there a website out there that assists new web companies? Where do I start marketing our prouducts? What are the best places to advertise?

There are many web design companies out there, and a simple Google search should bring you the best ones. Marketing and advertising will be the hardest part for you and your company, as it is not as easy as many people believe it is. Effectively marketing and advertising a site takes a lot of patience, work, and persistence.

What specific job titles are available within the advertising/ marketing field?

I’m pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin w/ a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Advertising. My guidance counselor at the community college I’m transferring from hasn’t been very helpful with answering this question. I want to know what I can look forward to AFTER I get a degree. Also… I’m not looking to stay with my job for too much longer, and I work for a law firm and there is no marketing department for me to help out in (but thank you for the first comment).

If you need to know the officer positions/job titles, among others, there is Advertising or Marketing Mgr, Asst. There is a career path in Advertising and Marketing job.

Donna advertising marketing and advertising

Donna asks…

What is the overall better business major to have? Accounting or marketing/advertising?

I know accounting is math and mainly deals with a company’s money and finance and marketing is just promoting a company. Which is better to have?

admin answers:

It depends on a few things.

1) What kind of things do you like to learn? Accounting is very technical and rules-based, while marketing is a little more creative.

2) What kind of job do you want? In accounting, right out of college you can become an auditor, tax accountant, cost accountant, analyst, etc. In marketing, the major is pretty self-explanatory for the titles you’d have.

3) When are you graduating? In this economy, marketing majors aren’t doing too well in the job market, but accounting majors aren’t really having as much of a problem getting placed. They may start a little later than usual after graduation, but they still have multiple offers. When the economy turns around, it’s a horse apiece.

Overall, it’s really your choice… I’m biased because I’m an accounting grad and I think that if you understand accounting you can understand ANYTHING in business, including marketing. My marketing teacher told me that accounting majors actually tend to do the best in his classes!

Another option is a double major… most business schools make it really easy for you to do that icon smile advertising marketing and advertising

U.S. Jobless Rate Falls Further

Brisk hiring in February pushed the U.S. unemployment rate below 9% for the first time in nearly two years—a development that reflects a broadening recovery but also underscores how much ground the economy has yet to regain.

3beac 030411hubam 512x288 U.S. Jobless Rate Falls Further

The U.S. unemployment rate slipped to 8.9% in February, the lowest rate in nearly two years. WSJ’s Sudeep Reddy and Phil Izzo report the private sector added 222,000 jobs. Also, January’s employment figures were revised upward to 63,000 jobs added.

Employers rebounded from a harsh winter to add 192,000 jobs to nonfarm payrolls in February as the unemployment rate fell one notch to 8.9%, the lowest level since April 2009, the Labor Department reported Friday. Broad-based private-sector gains in manufacturing and service industries more than offset accelerating layoffs by state and local governments, while stable wages suggested subdued inflation pressures.

At the same time, though, one key gauge of the labor market’s health—the labor force participation rate, which measures the percentage of adults who have jobs or are seeking them—remained stuck at its lowest point since the mid-1980s.

A low participation rate both saps the economy’s long-term growth potential and can obscure deeper problems in the labor market. If, for example, labor force participation today were at the same level as before the recession, the jobless rate would have been 11.5% in February.

Meanwhile, employers must contend with the implications of the rising price of oil, which hit a 2.5-year high, closing at $104.42 a barrel Friday.

“It’s a recovery but it’s still a very muted recovery,” said Nigel Gault, chief U.S. economist at IHS Global Insight, a forecasting firm. “To get to a strong recovery, you’d want to be adding 300,000 to payrolls a month. We’re clearly a long, long way from that.”

Including revisions to previous monthly reports, the economy has added an average of 136,000 jobs a month since November, just barely more than the 100,000 a month needed to keep up with typical growth in the labor force.

As of February, the number of workers on U.S. payrolls was 7.5 million below the December 2007 level.

Among those discouraged by the job market’s slow recovery is Glen Hineman, a 58-year-old Westland, Mich., resident who lost his job as a supervisor and a steel processor in August 2008.

The recession has driven many young people out of the job market and back to school. At the same time, many people over age 55, with their savings depleted, are back at work or looking for work. See the U.S. labor force participation rate, which measures the employed and unemployed in the labor force as a percent of the population.

He has exhausted his unemployment benefits and stopped searching for work about a month ago. Mr. Hineman said he looked for work but had little success, aside from brief stints with the U.S. Census Bureau, and sorting and bagging frozen mice to be sold to pet stores as food.

Mr. Hineman said concerns that he might need a hip replacement led him to abandon his search. He is considering applying for disability because he can’t draw from his pension for a few more years.

“Ideally I’d like to go back to work,” Mr. Hineman said. “I’m not ready for retirement, but I just have a feeling that it’s being forced on me.”

Even as hiring picks up, more people are suffering long bouts of unemployment or giving up completely on finding a job.

As of February, 4.4 million people had been out of work for more than a year. The labor force participation rate stood at 64.2%, down from 66% in December 2007 when the recession began.

Economists worry that many of the nation’s idle—particularly men—won’t return to the work force because they lack the college degree or higher education required for many job openings, or because their skills have atrophied.

A growing number of workers with health problems are applying for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits. The disability rolls, where many beneficiaries remain for life, have surged more than 14% since the recession began, to nearly 10.2 million in December 2010.

“We already know from the number of people who have entered the disability rolls that there’s going to be a permanent hit to the labor force participation rate,” said Lawrence Katz, a Harvard University economist. “That’s both costly to them—they’re going to be less happy—and costly to us to lose someone who could be a productive worker.”

February’s increase in private employment added to other indicators, such as falling jobless claims, that suggest the labor market is gaining momentum. The booming manufacturing sector added 33,000 jobs, while service providers such as truckers, bankers and accountants gained 152,000, up from 33,000 the previous month.

The sharpest declines came in state and local governments, which shed a total of 30,000 jobs, compared with 8,000 in January.

“Things are looking better,” said Rich Weinberg, chief executive of Lighting Science Group Corp., a manufacturer of LED lighting products that added 17 jobs last month, bringing its payroll to 600.

He said the company has seen sales accelerate as its customers, which include major retailers, become more willing to spend on new projects. The Satellite Beach, Fla., company picked up engineers and researchers from a nearby NASA facility that is shedding jobs as its funding drops.

The White House and lawmakers from both sides of the aisle called the latest figures welcome news. Austan Goolsbee, chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, said the administration’s initiatives—such as a payroll-tax cut—”are creating the conditions for sustained growth and job creation.”

House Speaker John Boehner, meanwhile, credited the improvement to “the hard work of the American people” and the extension of income-tax cuts into 2012.

“Now we must build on it by eliminating the job-crushing uncertainty being caused by excessive spending, borrowing, and regulating in Washington,” he said.

The jobs report won’t be a game changer for the Federal Reserve, where officials are on track to complete a $600 billion bond-buying program in June and remain more concerned about the weak labor market than about the potential inflationary effects of rising commodity prices.

In one sign of muted inflationary pressures, average hourly earnings rose only one cent in February, to $22.87.

February’s job growth will provide U.S. consumers with a much-needed income boost, but possibly not enough to offset the pain of rising energy prices. Climbing commodity costs and uncertainty about the outlook for consumer spending have some employers wary of ramping up hiring.

“The only thing that drives hiring is demand,” said Dave Cote, CEO of Honeywell International Inc., which has been cautiously increasing its U.S. employment since mid-2010. “Until you’re sure the sales are there, you’re not going to hire.”

How do I get a Outdoor Advertising Billboard?

I heard there is lot of money to make (in rent) from Billboard advertising. I want to make a new billboard or buy a exisiting billboard. I am not sure how the selling of billboard goes or how to build a new billboard.

admin answers:

The easiest way is to buy an existing billboard. I live in Arkansas, and work in the advertising business. I know of a billboard, 4 faces, on Interstate 40, very highly traveled, that you can buy for about $175,000. If you are interested, email jeffspam1@usadman.com. I do not own the board, and have no interest in the board. But I heard through the grapevine that it is available.

If you really are serious about the billboard business, why don’t you work to get a job in sales for a billboard company. Sales jobs are easy to get if you are intelligent, hard-working and outgoing in personality. In sales, you will learn all you need to know about the business.

Any new ways to cut losses on expensive billboard and TV advertising?

Give me suggestions, how to spend 2-5 million yearly which we now paying for TV owners and Billboard advertising companies? Can we put the 5million in fixed deposit and give away cash prices to consumers derived from the interest? Is it good idea? Or any better idea?

admin answers:

Billboard and TV ads are Creative advertising. Meaning that you have to create a need for your product and hope that they buy from you. What you need is directional advertising. TV ads are a waste anyway, I dvr my shows so I never see the commercials and who buys from a billboard. Place an ad in the Yellowpages and on-line. These people are already looking for your product and will buy it from somebody. If your ad is there, then you have a good chance of getting their business. Plus the ROI is much much better.

how much does it cost for billboard advertising an can your business ask for donations if your not non profit?

if your not non profit can your corporation ask for donations also how much does billboard advertising cost

admin answers:

Billboard advertising can vary in cost, depending on the size of the board you want (14 x 48 or 30 sheet), how many boards you are looking to advertise on, the market, DEC numbers for each board, availability, and duration of your campaign. Most outdoor companies will give you a not for profit rate which is at a discount off of their normal rate. Again, depending upon the market and what you are looking to do, some outdoor companies will provide outdoor some other incentives since you are a not for profit. For example- if they have boards available and there is a lag time in between their paid advertisers and you purchase some boards at the not for profit rate, they might put your ad up on the dead boards during the lag time if you are willing to pay for the production costs. I would recommend that you call your local outdoor companies such as clear channel outdoor, CBS outdoor, Lamar, etc. to find out exact rates and what the can do for a not for profit company. Good Luck!
